Reveries: Fragments of Identity

Collaboration with Nikola Janevski

The Reveries are a series of ten handmade shirts made through a collaboration between Nikola Janevski and Andrea Burgay between 2024-25 through fabric collage, printmaking, burning, and up-cycling. These reimagine shirt styles—like the tuxedo shirt and military shirt—to explore masculinity and femininity, the passage of time, and the dialogue between material and image.

Nikola Janevski presented the project at Kolaj Fest, New Orleans on June 26, 2025, while old and new friends modeled each shirt.
